- 1 cup unsalted butter cold, diced
- 6-8 tbsp ice water
Filling
- 6-7 apples peeled, cored, and sliced

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- Pour apple mixture into prepared pie crust. Roll out the second dough disk and place over the filling. Seal and crimp edges, cut slits in the top for ventilation.
