Our Mostly Salad CSA boxes will consist of what’s currently in season. This will include radishes, cucumbers, broccoli, lettuce, arugula, mesclun, carrots, onions, heirloom tomatoes, herbs, spinach, kale and more. When available, we will include organic (sometimes non-local, sometimes homemade) salad “fixings” like nuts, sunflower seeds, croutons, crispy chickpeas, pickled onions, and more. The boxes are sized to feed 1-2 people for a week. Quantity will be the greatest during the summer and fall. Let your food help you return to a natural flow of eating what’s local and seasonally available.
