By subscribing to this CSA add-on, you will receive a large, 8oz clamshell of a variety of specialty microgreens from Urbana Farm alongside your veggie box every week. The owner of Urbana Farm, Zac, is a friend of mine. He operates a 10,000sqft greenhouse 10 miles outside of the city. We are offering microgreens to have a wider product range for our private chef and restaurant clients but these are also be great for throwing parties, salad lovers and vegan/vegetarians looking for something unique.
