By subscribing to this CSA add-on, you will receive a large, 8oz clamshell of a variety of specialty microgreens from Urbana Farm alongside your veggie box every week. The owner of Urbana Farm, Zac, is a friend of mine. He operates a 10,000sqft greenhouse 10 miles outside of the city. We are offering microgreens to have a wider product range for our private chef and restaurant clients but these are also be great for throwing parties, salad lovers and vegan/vegetarians looking for something unique.

To start payments normally on May 1st of 2025 around when the first produce box arrives, do not pay on the website! You can send an updated (or additional) completed CSA Agreement with the monthly fee of the microgreens added to the total (or not, if additional) to Avery at rbross3@gmail.com and call 906-232-9339 to get a card on file over the phone.
Monthly paypal payments will be disallowed after the end of November. We will allow paypal payments of the full 6 months only after that.
