By subscribing to this CSA add-on, you will receive 1gal of milk, a quart of yogurt, and different cheeses (option to request or deny paneer) each week. Gopal Farms, whose farm incubator program we are in, is starting a dairy farm in 2025, we will be the first to offer their dairy in a CSA in the city! I walked each room and field in the dairy farm with the owner, Nimai. These are the happiest and most loved hindu cows you could imagine and the cleanliness standards are impeccable.

To start payments normally on May 1st of 2025 around when the first produce box arrives, do not pay on the website! You can send an updated (or additional) completed CSA Agreement with the monthly fee of the dairy added to the total (or not, if additional) to Avery at rbross3@gmail.com and call 906-232-9339 to get a card on file over the phone.
Monthly paypal payments will be disallowed after the end of November. We will allow paypal payments of the full 6 months only after that. Once the CSA starts, you can still join at a prorated rate.
