We believe it’s important to eat seasonal and local in order to live sustainably, so we will aim to provide anything that’s 100% organic and available from ours and other farms within the the Hudson Valley in upstate New York.
We are planning a Winter CSA for 2025. This will include…
- Pumpkin, squash, potatoes, onions, winter radishes
- Dried beans
- Sourdough
- Pickles
- Jarred veggies
- Dried veggies and fruit
- Apple sauce (one of the few local sterilize-able/jar-able sweet treats)
- Raw, Living Sauerkraut (Most people have never had live, sauerkraut and felt the mental health/gut benefits)
- Soups
- Milk, yogurt, cheese, paneer
