Join us for a cozy evening of reflection and renewal as we welcome the New Year by the warm glow of a bonfire.
Gather under the stars to:
- Set personal intentions for the coming year
- Enjoy hot drinks and light snacks
- Connect with like-minded folks in a supportive community
Take part in a gentle guided ceremony, spark fresh inspiration, and embrace the promise of new beginnings!
Things to bring:
- 🧥 Warm blanket & clothing.
- 🦙 We ask that you only purchase/wear natural fibers on the property to reduce the amount of airborne microplastics from polyester yarn circulating.
- If it’s soft, fuzzy and not natural, you’re inhaling petrochemical products when the fibers get loose.
- Wool, alpaca, leather, waxed cotton are great options.
- 🧤🧑🎄 Gloves and a hat go a long way. People lose heat quickest through their hands, top of head, feet, and pits so covering those are crucial.
- It’s recommended to wear 2-3 layers top and bottom
- Base layer
- Insulating later
- Wind-breaking layer
- Coveralls, Snowpants/suits are also a great idea
- 🥾 Thick socks with warm boots.. Thin shoes will be a less than ideal time.
- 🥷 A balaclava or layers of scarves to keep your face warm are a good idea so its comfortable to move away from the fire
- ☕️ A thermos to receive hot tea in
If you’d like to contribute to the farm..
- Untreated, natural wood to burn
- Any organic, dairy or vegan dishes or snacks to share free of seed oils and with as little plastic as possible. We will also provide things 🙂
