Provided by All Hearts Farm in New Paltz, NY
You will receive 16 ounces of sourdough starter in a 32 oz jar to allow for doubling in size. You need about 8 oz of starter for a loaf, so you can bake a loaf wuth half of your starter, and then feed it to double it in size again. Repeat daily for infinite starter.
