By subscribing to this CSA add-on, you will receive 1gal of milk, a quart of yogurt, and different cheeses (option to request or deny paneer) each week. Gopal Farms, whose farm incubator program we are in, is starting a dairy farm in 2025, we will be the first to offer their dairy in a CSA in the city! I walked each room and field in the dairy farm with the owner, Nimai. These are the happiest and most loved hindu cows you could imagine and the cleanliness standards are impeccable.
You will not be asked for payment info at checkout. This is simply to reserve your share. After checking out, please send a completed CSA Agreement that lists the monthly fee your CSA and add-ons to Avery at rbross3@gmail.com and select a time to get a card on file over the phone.
